I created a New Employee Form and saved it. (How do I make it active?)
Next: Manager enters ticket using the new form and requesting access for the new employee hits submit. Now IT needs to do a number of actions (I have a Excel Spreadsheet) How can I attach that to the Form or create a part two of the form that IT needs to fill out prior to the ticket being closed?
Am I trying to do too much with the Ticket form? I can see the benefit of changing the paper process of a new employee and tracking it in Spiceworks but need some help fine tuning the details.

Thanks this at least help steer me in the correct path… I sure appreciate the help, there is alot of information out there and I am still learning how to navigate.
I installed the plug in and I will go in and see if I can figure it out.
