Hi there,
We are just starting to get our head around Spicework and how it works. We just require this for a simple ticketing system to track all our requests in a timely manner.
Could you please confirm how secure the security is in regards to data protection as we would require the data to be secure and not shared with any other party or Spiceworks.
kind regards

It’s good enough.
We have to be PCI Compliant and we are using Spiceworks on daily basis mostly for ticketing system.
The Pen Testers and then the PCI team never complained on our Spiceworks setup.
All depends on how tight and secure is your network and how educated are your users.

The base data resides on your DB and never gets set out, unless you need to send to support to fix up an issue that needs DB acces

I’m very happy with using SW for tickets etc.
and even if there was a “data breach”, how many people would want to know that mrs miggens submitted a ticket last week via email saying her email wasn’t working?
