Is anyone having issues doing the daily challenge question? I click bring it on or get my question and nothing happens.

I have not…using Microsoft Edge on Windows 11 and Android.

And by the way…Here We Go Steelers!

It’s been working for me. I’d try logging in with a different browser and see if the issue persists.

Works fine for me.

I’ve tried multiple browsers on multiple devices and I still can’t get it to load. I’m on a 336 week streak and don’t want to break that. Thanks everyone for the responses.

That’s quite a streak! I am logged in from a desktop PC using Windows 11.

How many questions have you taken? https://community.spiceworks.com/questions/dashboard

I’m wondering if it’s a case where you’re coming up to the end of the question pool.

Interesting. I never thought about maxing out. 1,970 questions

Thanks! I just now approved three that were pending. Can you see if that helped?

That was it. It worked! Thank you very much!

Yeah, we have seen this come up more and more. So many questions have gotten taken down that we’re running out for our longest-term community members, and we have very few questions that don’t have complaints of some sort, which makes it somewhat harder to keep up the question pool, and also harder for people to want to submit new questions, actually. Hopefully we can keep it alive.

Thanks Suzanne! I’d like to keep the streak going, but if you run out of questions then that’s ok. If I have to break the streak then that’s what I have to do.

2 Spice ups

I approved some more… hopefully enough for another week unless we have to remove some of them.

Perfect. Thanks again!

I’m digging through more tonight, though we’re almost out of submitted questions again. If anyone watching wants to add some questions, please submit them at https://community.spiceworks.com/questions/new or via the “submit a question” link on your Daily Challenge Dashboard .

I’ll try to come up with a few more of my own again, but since PowerShell is one of my main areas of “expertise” I’m sure y’all would apricate other questions more :yum:

The bad news is Suzanne, and/or Josh, recently approved the two questions I had pending.

Gird thyselves for wailing and gnashing of teeth.

LOL…I just saw this discussion. One minute prior to Suzanne posting this, my most recent question submitted was approved.

2 Spice ups

LOL, yeah, I go your question about upper/lower case and flipping bits or something like this just a couple of days ago. I subscribed to see the comments and boy have their been comments!

Hi Charles, thank you for commenting on that DC question about bit flipping for case conversion, and others.

I especially got a kick out of your observation, “ASCII stupid question, get a stupid ANSI.” I’d like to steal that, if you don’t mind.

I will, however, honor your trademark on the “ALT-255 Stare.”

The ASCII stupid question quip is pretty old…I heard it decades ago (probably late 90’s) so I certainly didn’t originate it. I actually asked Bing Chat to search for references to the “ALT-255 Stare” and it found none (it did get the joke though!) so I’m claiming it, but you’re certainly welcome to use both.
