I already have a database for spice works already installed on another computer. How would I move that database from another computer, over to the computer I am using now for Spice Works?

Both of these articles talk about a fresh install. But I would go with it. Backup your database via the method above. Uninstall Spiceworks and then reinstall spiceworks. Follow that data reimport method and you will be back up and running. Plus downtime will be minimal.
