Hey Ali,
I would advise taking the hard disk to Data recovery specialists the more you try running recovery programs the less data you going to recover. However note that data recovery dudes are expensive though worth a shot due to this equation :
The value of your critical data is equal to or greater than the cost of recovering the data

Only really one thing to say here … backups ?? Then again, a system with such critical data on it should have been better secured and unable to have been wiped like this !
I would have to say that you have lost your data, I can’t see anyway to come back from that. Congratulations to the installer of the new windows, you have found a great way to destroy data and make it unrecoverable.
There are recovery programs that target EFS but I don’t know of anyone getting any usable data back, use can of course try…
The password must be known in order to recover any data but good luck and I hope these can work for you.
