Deep Learning / AI in your Workplace?

Now, a question that came to my mind after watching several videos about AI and Deep Learning:

Does any of you use AI / Deep Learning, etc. in your workplace? What are the main applications? As IT Admin / Tech / Manager what are the biggest challenges? How do you get started?

As people are getting a better understanding of these technologies I’m confident they will make their way into the workforce.

I was looking at DarkTrace, until I saw the price tag. Too much for my little shop, but looked really cool.
