delayed message in Microsoft teams?

Hi,

Some of the Locations users in our organization have complaints receiving new messages on MS Teams. They receive an email notification but the message appears on Team later. I tried to remove the files from (%appdata%\Microsoft\teams) as stated in the below link. Not sure if the problem is solved but I don’t see anyone’s picture on Teams after deleting all the files. please let me, anyone, what is the problem. i want fix the the issue.

I had this issue yesterday, and later had it in reverse (Outlook messages read much earlier showed up in the toast notifications (lower right) WAY after they happened and were already read.

Microsoft may have had an inter-app communications platform problem if we both experienced it. Others?

It it happening on the online version of TEAMS as well? If so its gonna an MS issue. If not it could be something else.

What I have seen before is the system time messing with the messages. Check the time on the laptop to the exact time to make sure they match. If not and the NTP is the server than the server may be out. (If its a few seconds out it can before an issue)
