Dell switch shows I/O but not total packets

I am trying to monitor a Dell PowerConnect 2824 with Network Monitor RC2. Network Monitor sees and connects to the switch and correctly monitors I/O but does not monitor total packets. Please let me know if you need any more info. Cheers!

Hey Jason, I’d like to take a look at your logfiles when you get time. I’ve seen a couple of reports of this and want to narrow it down. You can generate a zip file from the tray app, and just PM me a dropbox/onedrive link. Thanks!
