Desk Phone Repair

We have a Shortel IP 480 that a user claimed she dropped the handset and now the phone doesn’t work at all (even after a handset replace). My boss contacted Shortel and it’s out of warranty so their only suggestion was “buy a new phone”. Wondering if you have any suggestions for a repair place?

It’s about a $400 phone, boss wants to look for alternatives before having to replace. Time isn’t a factor, we have a surplus.
