I’ve been testing beta 3.0 at home for a couple of days. I just updated to version V and it did the auto update to version 3.0.23420. As I was testing the Help Desk features I opened and closed a couple test tickets. I noticed SW’s is showing 2 tickets open for this device but I have no open tickets associated to this device. However, I do have closed tickets related to the device.
Is this by design or a bug?

That is a known bug and is fixed in the upcoming patch.
Yes, the current patch corrected this atleast for me.
