I’d like to add the list of open tickets in Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk on a Sharepoint Site. I cannot find any definitive answer to whether it’s possible to develop integrations for Spiceworks. Older posts say yes, a newer post says no. This is not a native feature so you would need to be creative. The Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk currently does not support any scheduled exports so either you must manually do this daily, or automate through other means. You have two exports available to you – the native, built-in exports and reports, or you can use Power BI.<\/p>
