does anyone know the kind of current this thing draws just charging batteries / if it has parameters to limit current draw below 16 or so amps?<\/p>","upvoteCount":2,"answerCount":4,"datePublished":"2024-12-25T14:41:27.950Z","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"mster03","url":"https://community.spiceworks.com/u/mster03"},"suggestedAnswer":[{"@type":"Answer","text":"

I don’t see much on this being documented so may have to see if one of the Eaton folks respond. I would think that it would not take that much to charge the batteries up, most the load it will have is the attached gear. There could be many times the inrush current but most breakers and wire can handle a surge for less than a second.<\/p>","upvoteCount":0,"datePublished":"2024-12-25T15:08:19.447Z","url":"https://community.spiceworks.com/t/eaton-9px-5ki-power-draw-inrush-current/1156998/2","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"NetworKing","url":"https://community.spiceworks.com/u/NetworKing"}},{"@type":"Answer","text":"
