Edit emails received by vendors when requesting a quote

Hi

Is it possible to edit the contents of the notification email that is sent to vendors after I request a quote from them through spiceworks? I’d like to make it more specific to my organisation.

I do not believe this is possible as the e-mail template sent out is something done by Spiceworks. It just inserts your information and is sent to the vendor. This will likely need to be a feature request.

What specifically are you wanting to add, just out of curiosity?

NN is correct, it’s all handled by the community side of the application.

Would this be a future feature, as I would like my company logo to display on these emails as it presents my company in an unprofessional manner when it looks like it comes from spiceworks?

I agree. I just tried it today and luckily followed up with my Salesperson to make sure she got the email. She sent me what it looked like and I can see why she originally thought it was Spam and was going to delete it. It would be good of we could set our logo and etc in it.
