Is there a way to prevent the system from sending some of its’ emails? For instance, my users do want to be notified if any new information becomes available on their work request ticket, but they don’t want to receive an email every time they send me a new request telling them that they just sent me a request. I can’t seem to find anything in the settings where notification messages can be turned on or off

Wombat, Understood. At this time there is not a way to disable the confirmation emails.
