The email for ticket creation help@ourdomain.on.spiceworks.com is not creating tickets suddenly. Has worked flawlessly since our transition for hosted to cloud. status.spiceworks.com reports no issues with cloud help desk. This problem started last night or this morning. Anyone else? Suggestions?

Same. I didn’t receive any emails for the past 5 tickets.
Is it actually creating tickets? In our case we don’t even get a ticket created. I only know it is happening because we normally just forward an email to help@ourdomain.on.spiceworks.com from our old email support email address (stubborn teachers, ya know) to create a ticket. That is working. However even an email directly to help@ourdomain.on.spiceworks.com (no forwarding involved) doesn’t create a ticket.
