Security is the top priority in our district. Should there ever been a a major incident in one of our buildings, we would like to redirect calls from that location to our main offices. If there is a security incident at a location, we want to keep their phone lines open. We would also like to have prerecorded greetings to explain the issue when the calls are redirected and unable to be answered.

We have Mitel 3300 controllers in our buildings.
