Hi,
I’ve been searching the interernet for a tool which allows users to easiliy report suspicious emails to the cyber security team.
I want it to be some kind of outlook add-in, which automatically attachs the e-mail you’ve selected and send it to a predefined address within the organization.
Does anybody have such a tool?

to elaborate on my response, you can deploy the button company wide if you are on M365.

Hi,

Sorry for my inactive.
Sadly many of my clients are not M365.

Also, don’t wish to report directly to Microsoft.
Just a very basic tool which attaches the e-mail to me is what I’m looking for.

It looks like a tool I could use.
Do you have any personal experience using this software?

They state it’s free, but you’d have to sign up with company name, number of employees, etc.
Also, I need to ensure that data is not shared with them when I use free software due to GDPR.

I have successfully used the button tool and it works! The signing up thing is to give them a sales lead - if you aren’t interested in employee training, then just say no.
