When one of my users opens Access databases via Power BI or otherwise, she gets the following error message:

Regardless of what options she clicks on, all her code and macros are removed.

If she clicks through and attempts action in the database anyway, she gets this error message:

I had opened a ticket with Microsoft, and, after asking a series of unproductive questions and then a 45 minute phone conversation, I was told by the Support staff that he couldn’t help me with my issue and that I post it on the Microsoft forums so that a forum specialist can help me. What?

I’m hoping someone here can shed some better light on this.
