Check the credentials of existing SSH accounts, or add a new SSH account with access to myservername

I keep getting the above mentioned error on three of my debian machines. I can ssh to them just fine with putty from spiceworks server. I can ping them fine but can’t seem to get any other information out of them. When I test them after creating a new scan for that ip it comes up as successful but after the scan it doesn’t fill in any information about the servers.

spiceworks is installed on 2k8 server and i can’t seem to find known_host file as a lot of posts are recommending to delete it.

I updated spiceworks couple of days ago but it didn’t help either.

any help would be appreciated.

thx

{"@type":"Person
{"@type":"Answer
Are there any DNS errors related to any of the devices that are not being scanned correctly?
