Error message

i had this printer on my desk when i got in this morning and been looking at it all mornin it has an erro message saying

Paper jam in output the printer is an MP520 Canon

any have a clue about it ??

I’d hazard a guess that it’s got a paper jam. Try opening it and removing any bits. Switch it off then switch it back on again.

as it’s in the output tray, I’d hazard a guess that it’s under the toner cartridge. Open the top, remove the toner, if it has a seperate drum, remove that as well. It’s probably underneath it.

I’ve had this on a few other printers, usually was a small piece of paper still in output path, where someone had pulled a stuck sheet of paper out, but it ripped. Use a torch and an angled mirror (if you can find one), then a pair of fine nose pliers to extract the bit(s).

fixed it now there was a rubber band under everything

the only reason i dint c it cause it looked like a wire amoung all the others
