4 Spice ups

I am not going to join the forum as I am abandoning Eset. As licenses expire, I will put my customers on something else.

Posting this as a warning. I have put in a lot of Eset, I like the product. Lightweight, effective. Central Management console works well but not intuitive. Eset has suspended licenses of my customers. I contact tech support and get told the license count was exceeded. In 1 case it was, they had spares but had put on too many new pcs and exceeded the spares. Easy, pay up, all good. Had to argue the others. Then they suspended a 3 pack that I had purchased for my personal computers. I have 2 x 3 packs for the home/office. They claimed I had used 2 of the 3 in 14 locations. I had used all 3, including my notebook that goes to customers sites and plugs into their networks. They said locations meant ip addresses and my home office does not have a fixed ip service. To wrap up the story, it was basically prove you are not a pirate! my paid up licenses are still suspended. I concede that they just made a mistake but they cut your updates without consultation and leave you to contact them.
