We are using ESET RAC 5 and our license is valid for almost 3 more years. It is installed in the remote administrator. However, two of my client workstations are showing ‘license expired’ and are not receiving the updates the last day or so.
I was able to remote into the workstations and made sure the remote administrator is set to the correct server. However, I keep getting a message popup for user name and password. I put in the one given to me a few months ago when we purchased the product however it is not accepting it. I did not think I needed a user name or password for client workstations anyways if they are connected to the ESET RAC.
Is there a push I can do from the console to update the clients showing expired?

I think this is an ESET problem. I get these license issues randomly at times. It fixes itself on next definition update.
