i try to update eset antivirus through ERA and give me error (failed, cant download),

i try to clear cash, restart he service and still the same issue.

Are you pushing from ERA or pulling from the client? How many licenses have you used?

do you have a proxy server in your network - have you set this up in ERA

Also, have you added your update username and password

it is solved, the issue was from the ISP.
