Tickets can only be assigned to a single person, but you can CC other techs in to be able to reply

Understood. But I need to add a Assignee, It’s currently 3 now. We just hired a New tech that will be covering the Help Desk Tickets.

That was confusing then.

Go to settings, helpdesk, user accounts, create a new one and wait for their invite to come in.

Is that what you meant?

This assumes you mean local helpdesk too
