Are you viewing it on a PC?
If so, can you see the email content in the preview window?
Maybe post a pic of the content if you can do so safely.

Look at the email headers - did it come from a UPS.com server?
Does the return email match?
If it has a web-link, hover over it, does it go to a UPS.com domain?
If you’re unsure, contact UPS

I’d have to assert that it’s fake. If it’s legit, you should be able to login to ups.com and pull up that message. It has some red and orange flags, like not having your name but a body addressed-to line of “Important Delivery, …” No respectable business starts an email message that way, lol. That’s not even to a person or group of people, with named or ambiguous like “To whom it may concern”.

“Customer service” from UPS? It’s gotta be a scam.

Phishing. I bet that attachment contains serious malware, up to and including ransomware.

Have you ordered anything from UPS?
There is no salutation other than “Important Delivery.”
I can’t tell if there is a tracking number in the subject.
Unless you order something from UPS, the vendor from which you ordered am item would be the one contacting you about a package.
UPS would likely have no idea what your email address is.

This is a normal ups address https://www.ups.com/us/en/Home.page and you will notice that your address does not conform. Contact UPS direct with your concerns as they might like to know what is being done using a similar name to theirs.

A 24 MB pdf? really? What is that supposed to be - illustrated LOTR trilogy?
If that were here. I would declare it fake without further examination.

It’s 24KB, actually, but that aside… Unless you were expecting it, it’s most likely a scam, and you should be wary; this is a pretty common one.

…I mean, it seems worth the risk, if that’s the case. I wish people would unsolicited send me lavishly illustrated copies of the LOTR trilogy.
But I’d say the gigantic red flag is I’ve never had a legit UPS email with an attachment and there’s always a tracking number in the email.
I mean other than one time it was for some specialized freight delivery, but you’d know if you were getting specialized freight.

Hi Thank you all for the replies, I cant able to reach UPS to enquire this.
Generally speaking, UPS delivers packages not PDFs.

Out of curiosity, I checked our email quarantine this morning. There were at least 4 package delivery notification emails received in the last 24 hours.

We got 1 UPS, and 3 Amazon. No USPS.
Like @rod-it mentioned, the first things I would start looking at would be where any of the links are actually going by hovering over them, and at the email headers to see the details. if you want to post the header here, I’m sure one or tow of us at least could chime in with more detailed information. You can also copy the link destination and plug it into a sandbox or VirusTotal. Just don’t click on the link or open the attachment.
TLDR: Very phishy and suspicious…check out more details on it before opening
