Greetings everyone. Please, is there anyway users in active directory can share files privately among themselves without using the main shared/networked drives?
And again, direct all their desktop files to their home folders cause I have been constantly advising them to put their files on the networked drives but they seem not be listening. I want to force them to keep files on their home folders or any of the shared drives.

Do your users have any kind of Microsoft 365 Accounts? OneDrive or Teams will do what you are asking.

Regarding keeping files in their home drive - You can create a Group Policy to redirect user’s Documents, Pictures, Downloads folders to a network drive, or even create Roaming Profiles.
