We have several (dozen?) Ricoh MFP’s across our network. I have not been able to find firmware updates on their website. How do I go about finding firmware for my devices?
Quite easy. Not!! Only Ricoh emloyee technicians can download them. And if your mfp’s are on @ remote connected the updates can be pushed by Ricoh.
