I give up hope for spice work to inventory some of windows , linux, and mac equipment tried everything

I was wonder if I inventory them via Belarc Advisor can I import results to spice work

You cannot import into Spiceworks. I’m sure we can help you get Spiceworks configured for your environment if you can provide some more details as to what the issue(s) is. Are you getting scan errors or error codes?

  1. my ads server will not be deceteted there 30 unknows equipments

I have posted and reposted and no correct answers

Let me start with ADS I have tryed domanian admin user anme and password and failed tested and inventory

I did wmidiags and it told everything is fine

I did wmic command using domain admin it told access denyied

there no firewall on , the snmp services and monitor service is on everthing has failed

the other issue is there windows standalone not part of doamin tryed the local login and samethings as ADS but failed

third linux and MAC the linux uses ssh port 33 but try confige the spice work file it did not work MAC root is normal ssh and ssh failed

finaly there device like a spam filter that is https accesable not sure how to inventory it

As can see at my end of my rope I just might have do everything manaul and then input into spice works which kind of stink

I think the best way to proceed would be to contact our support team at support@spiceworks.com. They can take a look at your Log Files and see the specific errors on each device as well as get a call to you if need be.
