We are in the planning stages to implement Teller Source Capture. We use WebCapture and BranchCapture. Have you done this? What did you wish you knew before starting?

We are facing decisions such as:

Do we want a store and forward server at every branch or shared between branches? Should this be a physical or virtual machine?

Should we cut over from our current system in stages or all at once?

Do you have recommendations for the scanners and teller printers to buy and to avoid?

I would be grateful for any insight, shared wisdom, or regrets you are willing to post or private message.

{"@type":"Person
[{"@type":"Answer

I have personally implemented teller item capture a few times. We chose not to use store forward and it worked out fine. We also cut over all at once and it went pretty smooth actually. I recommend for scanner printer combo like Digital Check TS500 Teller Scanner and transaction printer. They stack which makes them nice as they do not take up too much space. Also depending on who you use for your core FiServ, JHA, etc. they have compatible printer scanner lists you may want to take a look at as well. From my experience Digital Check’s equipment is usually supported across the board

{"@type":"Person
levijones6972
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/levijones6972"}}]}}
