Unfortunately, it looks like Aaron (the current NE Ohio SpiceCorps leader) is no longer an active SW community member. Anyone interested in hosting a meeting? It’s easy to set one up (I can show you how) and with a little planning and some help from yours truly, you can have a solid agenda set and ready to go in no time! PM me if you’d like to make it happen.

Jessica - I wouldn’t mind hosting, but am unfortunately WAAAAYYY off the beaten path (at least an hour+ from Cleveland in a very tiny village, yes thats right, a village, lol) for the population centers in the area. So I think we should seek some one a little more central to where our Spiceheads work and play.

Hey gang!

I’ve started talking with Jessica to learn what all’s involved in organizing/leading/running a SpiceCorps group, and am considering picking up the reigns for this group if nobody else wants to do so.

I work in a medium-size lawfirm right in Downtown Cleveland, and (assuming no objections from my superiors) we have some nice meeting rooms and “multi-purpose” rooms that would, I hope, do nicely for a first couple meetings.

Poor Jessica has a laundry list of questions from me at this point, but I figured I’d say hello, and see what everyone else is looking for in a SpiceCorps leader before I start assuming I’m up to the task. :slight_smile:

So - hi! I’m Dustin, and I’m looking to see what it’ll take to get the ball rolling on this SpiceCorps. :slight_smile:

I’ve been in touch with Jessica, and have been marked as an admin, so things are slowly starting up.

Just reviewing some documentation and finishing up my workstuff for the week - then I expect to post something officially on Monday about getting the ball rolling toward a new meeting. :slight_smile:

If I weren’t in the midst of a minor emergency at work (involving a dead wireless controller) I’d be making a post right about now talking about my plans, and pitching a few dates for a meeting.

Hopefully that’ll still get posted this afternoon - but I might have to delay the announcement until tomorrow. Stay tuned, however!
