We have used TMC as our HIPAA and OSHA annual training system for many years but have never been satisfied with them. Are there other online sources for this kind of training that others in healthcare have found worthwhile?

We use Relias. It’s online only and the courses are incredibly boring with anti-skip measures to make sure you spend the entire time with the window open.

The upside is you can upload your own recorded video & questions to make your own content. The training we make in house is 10 times more engaging and usually shorter.

If you’re currently having live trainers come on-site, Relias is probably worse than what you have now.

Thanks, Ethan. It sounds as if Relias’s training is as poor as TMC’s is. At least Relias has the option to upload your own videos, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t have the resources to create those easily.

We use MedTrainer it handles our training videos and can also store documentations and certifications. Just started using it and seems to do the job. Yes all the video are rather boring.
