I’m looking for a cost effective secure system to look after asset tracking, help desk tickets, change control<\/p>\n
I don’t mind having separate systems if there a good reason but as we gets lots of calls for equipment across a group of companies I need something cost effect and secure to tie all of this information together whilst not being to complex if that’s even possible (also a mobile front end would be a nice addition)<\/p>\n

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I have used a few different applications over the years for asset management, tracking tickets, workflows, Knowledge base articles, etc.<\/p>\n
The three that I have primarily used are TeamDynamix, Salesforce, and Track-IT.<\/p>\n
