I’m going to get this moved to jobs/careers as support isn’t going to be the right place for this.
For a better chance of work let people know what areas you can cover and perhaps a little background about you, the type of IT work you can do.

Moved to Jobs/Careers.
Op, it would help if you told us what you’d tried to save us making suggestions that are of no use.
Where are you based and what are you looking for?
Well there are many websites where you can post your resume. Make sure your resume is attractive according to the job you are looking for.

You might want to try to some follow up. (Either in your job application or even online when you ask questions online)
If you are involved in what you do, or try to do, you’ll get recognition by others.
It is all about attitude.

Please reply with your relevant experience (work related or non-work related - like learning Linux command-line stuff at home) and your location.
Myself i use indeed.com a great little website to find IT work. You want to look for role like “helpdesk analyst” or “1st line support”.
For knowing what needs to be displayed on the CV take a look at this template. It will give you a better idea of how you need to present it.

Lastly STUDY STUDY STUDY!!! You need to show interest in the technology and prove to employers you’re serious. One way of doing this is with knowledge and certs.
Remember knowledge is power.
