Is anyone having troubles with their helpdesk? my boss and i were using it and then i refreshed my page and now whatever i do cant get the helpdesk to load. anyone have any information on this?

I just came here wondering the same thing. Tried both on my laptop on my network and on my phone using data and neither worked so figured it wasnt just an issue with my network.

If this is the local install the issue is also local, if this is the cloud install let us know and those of us who use it can confirm

It is working for me now.

i am having problems loging in again, it tries to reach the site but just sticks at the login screen

What browser are you using?

i was using firefox. i switched to chrome and was able to access it, but it is working in firefox for my It director. any ideas why?

That’s odd. Does it still not work if you use a Private Window?

scratch that, i figured out how. and it does work in a private browsing window.

If it works in private browsing mode you likely have a browser plugin getting in the way

i was checking for updates for my addons and firefox was an old version of it so i updated and that worked! thanks for the help!
