Hi, is there any way I can prevent this?<\/p>\n
users log tickets by emailing [email protected]<\/a> . This call is logged correctly.<\/p>\n
the ticket is auto-assigned to our generic helpdesk account “IS Helpdesk” which has an email address of [email protected]<\/a> . this works perfectly.<\/p>\n However, the ticket seems to automatically add [email protected]<\/a> to the CC list of emailed users. We dont want this or understand why this is happening.<\/p>\n How can i stop this?
