Hi, Recently I have had a problem where users are receiving messages with the contents of different tickets being merged into one message ! the tickets are generally unrelated and come from different time periods !

It’s all confidential stuff, but basically it’s 2 different helpdesk items, merged together under the same number.

This is what I have found before, usually it is a change of Subject or ticket ID
