I’ve seen this thread a couple times on here so it’s not a repost or anything, unfortunately I’ve tried checking the Active Directory user/pass and it authenticates properly. I’ve also tried checking and re-entering the actual spiceworks username and password and that’s all correct too…

It’s running on port 80 on a server, and it was working a few days ago (user automatically logged in through AD) - to my knowledge nothing has really changed…

Any ideas before I pull the last of my hairs out?

When I’ve seen this, it’s usually been that the password of the account used to access Active Directory has been changed and needs to be updated, or has expired and requires changing.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately I’ve already checked the AD settings and it’s all fine (it displays that it connects etc)

Found the problem - it was because the account I was using to test was outside the Base DN I had set.
