Hello,
I created my helpdesk yesterday via spicewokrs and today spiceworks wont load the helpdesk system to view my tickets is there an issue with loading the pages today? I even reset my password thinking that was the issue and still the helpdesk page i created is not logging in

I would appreciate any information or help. Thanks.

Is this a local install of Spiceworks? Or the Cloud version?
