I have a scan error on one of my domain PC’s. The error I get is found when I attempt to test the authentication for a workstation in my domain. I have tried turning the firewall off completely, but I still receive the error when I test the account (authentication problem during scan.)

host unreachable or firewalled

I get that when I test an account that has admin rights on the system. What am I missing?

Try running the below on the troubled machine

That fixed one of the workstations, going to resolve the rest now. Excellent work on the script file, I know that took some time to develop. I appreciate it, tremendously!
