How can we manage multiple chrome-books with low costs?

Minimum Requirements
Have restricted for user login and user should be not able to login.

As we use O365 for organization wide. Chromebooks are for 1 project could be in use for 1 or 2 year.

So far I found a solution to manage it with Chrome Enterprise License from Google Admin account. We are trying to avoid user google accounts. As user need to access only 1 url for learning/ training.

I am looking for any solution to create managed guest sessions which allow users to keep browsing history.

How can I achieve this ?

So you should be able to set up a managed guest session trough your google admin console, just head to the setting in chrome and select the managed guest session setting and set ups as needed. Now the only thing about this is that the managed sessions wont keep browsing history but their are workarounds, Like using a web proxy filter or a custom extension or app.

As you only want users to to access the one URL for learning and training you can enforce URL blocking/allowing. Just go to devices → Chrome → Settings and then scroll down to URL Blocking and configure as desired.

I would also consider maybe integrating with Microsoft Endpoint Manager or other third party MDM solution as the chromebooks will only be able to access the web based O365 resources

Instead of Chromebooks (which are designed for Google accounts), look into Windows Cloud Devices or devices that run Windows 10 S. Those are designed for what you are trying to do. I know there aren’t many compared to chromebooks, but what you are trying, I am not sure if it will work that way without some kind of sync between the two types of accounts.
