I want to do a thing but I don’t want to read the 100 related thread on Spiceworks nor the 100000 relevant results on Google

I have 2 - 200 computers (or tv boxes) with all the same (or many different) configurations. I want to set up one and then have one of you guys give me a tested working script to copy the working one to all the others.

most are not in Latin so it should be easy right?

I feel strongly that you’re trolling. No IT pro in their conscious mind would write something that convoluted and dumb, especially with so little reputation as yourself.

I tried spicing this down but mobile was bugging out so you get a spice up, equal to zero as it currently stands.

I read the post and thought - ugh, come on I’ve seen you do better, but then noticed this is in the WC.

It’s sarcasm, a play on how topics have been, though a comment at the end should state this to avoid confusion.

This has come up often, sometimes its language barrier that means they ask what they want in the best way they can, other times I wonder how these people are even in IT as their question is so basic.

If this is an actual genuine question, then I ugh, I give in.

It’s these type of posts, the genuinely basic ‘tell me’ type that make Spiceworks less of an IT pro forum and more of a generic one where home users drop by with questions, which they don’t even understand how to ask, let alone fix.

Honestly your initial statement made some sense so it threw me off. Sometimes I feel the same way about wading through the myriad of posts looking for a specific answer. Sometimes I would rather just post my question and have someone answer it.

Had you started with “I’m too lazy to read all the other…” or ended with something like I would have cracked up at your post for the proper reasons.
