How do I remove the "Ads" in our paid version of spiceworks?

we are using a Paid version of spiceworks… not a free version. How can I remove advertisements on our spiceworks web interface. I/We do NOT need to see ads while we are working.

If you have paid and the license is current contact myway@spiceworks.com if your license has expired the ads return

If you’re using spiceworks myway, my understanding is that there are no ads. Did you perhaps install the free version over the top of it?

All you are paying for is removal of the adverts/re-branding though, everything else is 100% identical to the free offering
