\nHow can I uninstall SentinelAgent from my PC (Windows 7 professional 64 bit). Some time ago I tested the trial version of Capture Client Basic and SentinelAgent was installed on my computer. After some time I turned off the Capture Client on the PC but SentinelAgent remained active. Currently, in captureclient.sonicwall.com<\/a> service I have no active UNMANAGED SENTINELONE AGENTS. Now I cannot uninstall SentinelAgent because I need the Verification key (Authorization Passphrase) to uninstall.
\nThe articles below did not help me with the problem. On pictures there are active computers (machines) on the device list in the Device list section (section Protection-> Devices). There you choose to uninstall the client - Search for your Machine Name. In my case, the list is empty - my computer is not there on list. So I cannot uninstall SentinelOne there. What should I do in this situation?
\nIs there any other method to uninstall SentinelOne because the standard uninstall option in Windows says that the deinstallation is not available? Windows won’t let me stop, disable or delete the SentinelAgent services. I tried different standard methods in Windows, with no success.
