Hi, I have been trying to get support with an issue for some time, but get no response from any email address. Can someone explain why this is?

I would suggest posting the issue you are facing in the forums, this way you are not just limited to their own staff but also have the resources of the community who use the platform as well to assist.

Which email have you tried? And which issues do you encounter with which edition of Spiceworks?
As Leonard has already mentioned, there exists community support as well as team support. I’m waiting too on an issue but mine isn’t critical, only a bit annoying.
For issues with our software (like one of our Help Desk products), you should write to support@spiceworks.com.
For issues with community stuff (like password resets or merging community accounts), you should write to community@spiceworks.com.
If you are need help with a vendor page or have any marketing type questions, you can write to partner_support@spiceworks.com.
That said, I have seen a few cases where people’s email systems were blocking our replies, so we were responding but they weren’t getting it, so that could be the case as well. If you have a ticket number, feel free to PM me with it, and I can look it up and see if your responses are getting to us.
