I am looking at getting away from Zendesk. Spiceworks help desk has caught my eye and I really like it so far. I was wondering though, how does the Zoho remote desktop assistant integrates with the Spiceworks ticketing system.

Can’t speak to that particular integration either, but I know it can often be convenient to consolidate your tools when possible.

As of my knowledge cutoff date in September 2021, ZOHO Remote Desktop Assistant does not have a direct integration with Spiceworks ticketing system. Zoho Remote Desktop Assistant is a standalone remote desktop software that allows users to access and control remote computers from anywhere.

While Zoho Remote Desktop Assistant and Spiceworks Help Desk are both useful tools, they are not natively integrated with each other.
