We are now up to ticket number: 9583 and are experiencing some ‘slowness’ which we think may be due to the size of database?
We are loathe to delete many of the tickets as they contain helpful notes. Can we ‘export’ tickets to a .csv file to re-import at some point in the future if we need to please?

You can export/import but I believe you lose all the comments, seems kind of broken right.

Yes it seems a shame to have diligently kept our tickets up to date and included useful information to refer back to if we can’t somehow store the information to be able to retrieve it later - I know we can by leaving the closed tickets where they are, but we’ve had some ‘slowness’ and feel it’s time to shed some of the older ones but are reluctant to just ‘get rid’ !

Only thing I can think of off hand is to save a DB backup with them then purge. If you need to review them you can spin up a SW on a laptop if something, load the DB and you have access to them.
