I just brought up a new spiceworks instance for my company and I am the administrator, I have two techs and it seems to be working well.<\/p>\n
I get an email every time a ticket is created and every time a comment is added to any ticket including the ones assigned to the techs. How do I turn those off?<\/p>\n

Settings, under your Organization > Monitors and alerts, toggle the notification settings<\/p>\n
