I want to publish some Interactive form related to IT equipment requisition . So that user jusst click on the link related to their requirement and fill online . Any way to do this on USER portal of Spiceworks.<\/p>\n

I don`t think you can upload files to the portal. You can create links to the files and publish the links in the portal.<\/p>\n
Example: file://///server/volume/folder/subfolder/file.pdf<\/p>\n
