on my network we have 3 different subnets. 10.0.20.0,10.0.21.0,10.0.23.0 how can I use spiceworks to scan all 3 subnets and find the equipment. when i run an inventory, spiceworks only shows equipment for 10.0.21.0 which is the subnet where the spiceworks server is located. how can i make spiceworks search all subnets.?<\/p>\n

Do you have all three address ranges configured in your Network Scan settings?<\/p>\n
Have you verified WMI configuration for the non-reporting address ranges?<\/p>\n

No worries, it wasn’t a dumb question. The scan ranges are easy to skip over during the intial install of the application if you are just testing the software to see what it does.<\/p>\n
