Hi, how we can add add more columns like warranty details, purchase date and etc

Unfortunately the online inventory is not configurable in that way. It is a read-only view of some common hardware specifications and no more. And if my memory serves me correctly, the online inventory is not going to be developed any further – resources are dedicated to extending the help desk functionality.
